About the process

- Consultation
Professional analyzes the condition of customer’s hair and scalp. - Preparation
Sanitization and setting up of portable washbasin, placement of floor sheet. - Detangling
Removal of knots from the lengths using a sanitised comb. - Shampoo & conditioner
Wash with lukewarm water followed by conditioner application and rinsing of hair. - Drying & combing
Towel drying, heat protectant application followed by combing with detangle and paddle brush. - Post-service cleanup
Cleaning the used tools and service area.

- After hair wash, do not rub the hair with towel to remove excess water
- Apply a leave-in conditioner or light serum to ensure your hair retains the moisture after a wash
- Run a wide-tooth comb through your wet hair to remove tangles
- While styling your hair, ensure that you apply heat protecting serum before using a hair dryer, straightener or curling iron
- Refrain from tying your hair up when it’s wet, as wet hair is very fragile and breaks easily.
