7-step process

1. Soaking
   Soaking feet in water with soothing soak salts to prep the feet
2. Shaping
   Nails are cut, shaped & filed as per your desired shape
3. Heel filing
   Filing of heels to remove dead cells, dry skin
4. Foot scrubbing
   Gentle yet exfoliating foot scrub to get rid of any remaining dead skin & dirt
5. Cuticle cleaning
   Cleaning the cuticles to promote nail growth
6. Massage & moisturize
   Cream application followed by a short hydrating massage
7. Post-service cleanup
   Cleaning the used tools & service area
