Massage Procedure

1. Foot cleansing & warm up
Sanitisation & wet wiping of feet followed by a gentle massage.

2. Leg massage
Thumb walk on the meridian lines. Gentle stretching of calves, hips & hamstrings.

3. Back & shoulder massage
Palm walk on the spine muscles. Thumb walk on the meridian lines.

4. Warm up stretching
Dry palm walk on the shoulders, lower back & upper back.

5. Shoulders & arms massage
Palm & thumb walk on the forearms, biceps, triceps with gentle stretching.

6. Face & head massage
Palm slides & finger movements on face. Finger combing, thumb massage & gentle hair pulling.
