Sanitisation & wet wiping of feet followed by a gentle massage.

2. Back massage
Kneading from neck till lower back. Palm pressure along the sides of spine, knuckling near neck.

3. Legs massage
Kneading of thighs & calves. Palm circles & thumb sliding over knees & gentle toe pulling.

4. Shoulders & arms massage
Palm sliding & kneading of full arms & shoulders. Massage of biceps, triceps & wrist rotation.

5. Face & head massage
Palm slides & finger movements on face. Finger combing, thumb massage & gentle hair pulling.
