About the process

1. Consultation
   Professional understands customer needs & hair condition to deliver right service.
2. Set-up
   Sanitization of tools, placement of floor sheet and chair.
3. Preparation
   Detangling, parting and sectioning of hair with disposable cape and towel on.
4. Massage
   Oil application and head massage followed by neck and shoulder massage for 15 minutes
5. Steam
   5-7 minutes steam. (Please wash your hair with plain lukewarm water 30 mins after the service.)
6. Post-service cleanup
   Cleaning the used tools and service area

After care

• After applying oil, you can wash it off after 30 mins
• Cover your head after applying oil with a shower cap, it helps the oil to penetrate deep into the scalp.
• Wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo followed by conditioner.
