Massage procedure

Foot cleansing & warm up
Sanitisation & wet wiping of feet followed by a gentle massage

Back massage
Kneading from neck till lower back. Palm pressure along the sides of spine, knuckling near neck.

Legs massage
Kneading of thighs & calves. Palm circles & thumb sliding over knees & gentle toe pulling.

Shoulders & arms massage
Palm sliding & kneading of full arms & shoulders. Massage of biceps, triceps & wrist rotation.

Face & head massage
Palm slides & finger movements on face. Finger combing, thumb massage & gentle hair pulling.


How should I prepare for the service?

Drink plenty of water & eat light at least an hour before the massage. Be sure of your needs and communicate them well to the professional for an ideal experience.
